Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below. All policies are strictly enforced to ensure fairness for all students.
More Than 30 Days Prior
Full refund or credit toward a future course (credit valid for 12 months from date of original class).
8–30 Days Prior
No refund will be issued. A credit toward a future course will be provided (credit valid for 12 months from date of original class).
Less Than 7 Days or No-Show
No refund and no credit will be issued. This policy applies to cancellations made less than 7 days before the class date and to students who fail to attend without prior notice.
Transfers
Students may transfer their registration to a different class date subject to a $25 transfer fee. Transfers must be requested at least 7 days before the original class date. No exceptions.
Important Notes
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@safeinrochester.com.
- Credits are non-transferable and valid for 12 months from the date of the original class.
- Rochester Personal Defense, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class. In such cases, a full refund or credit will be provided.
