Dave and the instructors of Rochester Personal Defense, LLC. are among the few qualified and experienced instructors doing private self defense lessons in the area. The advantage would be for those who cannot dedicate a whole day for training - you can break it up into smaller segments of one or two hours, even a half day! We can schedule your lesson based on your availability and budget. You can choose weekly, every other week, or monthly. it's up to you! Even if you are just looking for a 'tuneup' or refinement of a skill, this may be the option for you.
