Increase your knowledge and skills with your GLOCK in 2 Days (16 Hours).

This training course is designed and intended for public safety professionals and responsibly armed civilians who have successfully completed a basic pistol course and want to improve their skills. This course is not recommended for those who have not attended official training programs. This course is a dynamic shooting course that requires the ability to stand for long periods of time, shoot on the move, move into and recover quickly from kneeling and prone positions.


To take this course you must be one of the following: Active or Reserve Law Enforcement. Active or Reserve Military. Licensed Armed Security Officers. Current GSSF Members. Current NRA Firearms Instructor. Documentation of these certifications is required upon request.

Required Equipment:
1. A GLOCK pistol with no modifications other than sights or external cosmetics. Pistols with internal or external modifications that could render the pistol less safe than it was when originally produced are not allowed.

2. A strong side, belt supported holster which covers the trigger and trigger guard. Duty holsters are highly encouraged but not required.

3. Magazine carrier(s) with or without flaps, capable of carrying two magazines

4. 3 Magazines

 5. A belt capable of supporting the weight of the holster, pistol, and  magazines.

6. Eye protection, hearing protection, and a hat or ball cap with a brim or bill to prevent fired cases from landing behind the shooters glasses.

7.1000 rounds of factory loaded ammunition of the proper caliber.

8. 10 Dummy rounds

Note: As of 4/4/2012, ANY holster that utilizes the index or trigger finger of the shooting hand to disengage a locking device to release the handgun is now disallowed from ANY Rochester Personal Defense, LLC class, training, event, or any function that we host or have involvement with. This includes the Blackhawk SERPA Holster. There are NO exceptions to this policy.

You MUST attend our Concealed Carry Basics and Concealed Carry 1 or a similar training program prior to attending the GLOCK Operator Shooting Course.
