This is it! This is the class you have been working towards. In this class you will review all of the skills from the three previous levels, and then get to use them. You will experience one attack simulation roll into another. The idea is to get as close in intensity to a fight as we can get. Your 'attacker' will start out with an attack of his choice and then will change and adapt depending on the situation.
You will learn how you can control the stress reactions that your body will undergo during a fight. You will be tired at the end of this class! We also introduce the possibility of you, as the defender, having some sort of defensive weapon (firearm, knife, pepper spray, baton/cane, etc) and will work on how to incorporate them into your defensive plan.
Here's what you will do:
Learn how the pace and force of an attack can affect you and your attacker.
Figure out how to deploy your defensive weapon in a force situation.
Control and secure your weapon.
Fight against a fully-padded and protected aggressor.
Transition from one skill to the other smoothly.
Discover how fluid and dynamic an attack can get.
Successfully work through an attack by utilizing your skills.
There will be no live or real firearms, knives, or sprays. Both the instructor and the student will have protective gear.

Comfortable clothing (jeans or sweats), T-shirt or sweatshirt, and sneakers.
No high heels, sandals, flip flops, or hard-soled shoes.
You will be working in close proximity with others, so good grooming and appropriate clothing is appreciated.
