As runners, you should be able to run anywhere and at any time without thinking about your safety. Unfortunately, safety concerns are a reality in todays society. In this class, you will learn some basic but effective tips to stay safe and how to plan for a perfect and uneventful run! Self-defense training can shift your mindset and allow you to know what you are capable of, which is half the battle.
